　　免疫細(xì)胞在骨髓或胸腺中分化成熟，遷移至外周淋巴系統(tǒng)中發(fā)揮免疫功能。我們研究組的科研工作以T細(xì)胞、NK細(xì)胞和中性粒細(xì)胞為主要研究對(duì)象，圍繞他們的分化成熟與功能調(diào)控機(jī)制而展開(kāi)。在T細(xì)胞方面，主要研究其定向分化及其在腫瘤免疫調(diào)控中的分子細(xì)胞作用機(jī)制;在NK細(xì)胞方面，主要聚焦其功能發(fā)揮與失調(diào)及功能改造技術(shù);在中性粒細(xì)胞方面，主要探索其在彌散性血栓中的作用機(jī)制及干預(yù)策略。
