????Journal of Molecular Cell Biology（JMCB；分子細(xì)胞生物學(xué)報(bào)）是由中國(guó)科學(xué)院分子細(xì)胞科學(xué)卓越創(chuàng)新中心（生物化學(xué)與細(xì)胞生物學(xué)研究所）和中國(guó)細(xì)胞生物學(xué)學(xué)會(huì)共同主辦的英文科技期刊，主要發(fā)表分子細(xì)胞生物學(xué)及相關(guān)多學(xué)科交叉研究領(lǐng)域的高質(zhì)量原創(chuàng)和綜述論文。現(xiàn)因工作需要，面向國(guó)內(nèi)外公開(kāi)招聘1名全職科學(xué)編輯加入JMCB編輯部。

????一、崗位職責(zé)：
????1.處理稿件，包括初審、送審、撰寫(xiě)審稿意見(jiàn)及接收后編校、印刷等；
????2.參與學(xué)術(shù)交流，組約高水平綜述及熱點(diǎn)專(zhuān)輯等；
????3.運(yùn)營(yíng)網(wǎng)站及新媒體平臺(tái)等，撰寫(xiě)中英文學(xué)術(shù)新聞，開(kāi)展期刊國(guó)內(nèi)外宣傳；
????4.主編及編輯部負(fù)責(zé)人交辦的其它工作。
????二、應(yīng)聘條件：
????1.獲得生命科學(xué)相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)博士學(xué)位，有海外經(jīng)歷或博士后經(jīng)歷者優(yōu)先；
????2.在英文學(xué)術(shù)期刊上以第一作者身份發(fā)表過(guò)1篇以上研究論文；
????3.能及時(shí)跟蹤科研熱點(diǎn)，具有較強(qiáng)的溝通、策劃、宣傳能力；
????4.良好的中英文寫(xiě)作和口頭表達(dá)能力，能熟練應(yīng)用日常辦公和編輯軟件；
????5.身體健康，有較強(qiáng)的責(zé)任心和良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神。

Scientific Editor for Journal of Molecular Cell Biology
Journal of Molecular Cell Biology (JMCB; https://academic.oup.com/jmcb) is a fully Open Access journal published by Oxford University Press on behalf of the Center for Excellence in Molecular Cell Science, Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Chinese Society for Cell Biology. JMCB publishes seminal and translational research work in cell biology, molecular cell biology, and related fileds. Currently, JMCB is recruiting a full-time Scientific Editor to join the editorial team and support the daily operation of the journal.
Duties and responsibilities:
?Handle manuscripts, participating in manuscript submission workflow, peer review process, production workflow, etc.
?Attend and represent JMCB on meetings and other activities.
?Recruit high-impact review articles and publish special issues and collections. ?
?Update and/or maintain JMCB website, email contacts, and social media platform.
?Assist the Editor-in-Chief/Managing Editor with other duties.
Requirements:
?PhD degree in life science-related fields. Overseas or postdoctoral experience would be preferred.
?At least one first-author publication in a well-known journal.
?Strong communication skills and effective networking.
?Good verbal and written skills in both English and Mandarin and computer skills.
?Highly motivated, able to take the initiative, and responsible.
?Prior editorial experience would be a plus.

?The working location will be in Shanghai, China.
?The Editor is employed by the Center for Excellence in Molecular Cell Science, Chinese Academy of Sciences.
